Preparation for remote online services in the Mercedes Me app

Through the Mercedes Me app you can easily manage the charging operations, view the charge level and the chronology of top -ups. The wallbox connects to the internet via WLAN or LAN.

Safety

The wallbox offers additional protection during charging thanks to integrated components and can be blocked or enabled via app or RFID card to avoid unauthorized uses.

Over-The-Air updates

The wallbox can receive software updates via WLAN or LAN. To use it, it is necessary to consent through the Mercedes me app.

Installation

The Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Pre-Check verifies the requirements for home charging. The installation, not included in the price, must be performed by qualified personnel and requires an Internet connection. Detailed information is provided to purchase or the concessionaire.

Compatibility

The wallbox is compatible with all Mercedes-Benz models and other cars compliant with the IEC 61851-1 standard.
