Our policy involves a term of 14 days for the return. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refund or change.
So that it is suitable for the return, thearticle must be intact and in the same conditions in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Types of goods for which The return is excluded:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some articles for health and personal care
* Perishable assets such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
* Intimate or sanitary products, dangerous and liquid materials or flammable gases
For the purposes of the return, We request a receipt or purchase test.
In some cases only partial reimbursements (if applicable) are granted:
* Book with evident signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS ribbon, software, video game, cassette or vinyl disk that has been opened.
* Any article that is not found in its original state, either damaged or with missing parts for reasons foreign to our error.
* Any article returned more than 14 days after delivery
Reimbursement(if applicable):
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to communicate the reception of the article. We will also communicate the approval or refusal of the refund request.
If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit on paper or original payment method will be automatically applied, within 10 days.
Late reimbursements or unavailable (if applicable):
If a refund has not yet been disbursed, first of all, we ask to recharge the indicated bank account.
Secondly, it is appropriate to contact the credit card issuing company (it can take some time before the refund is formally registered). Finally, if necessary, contact your bank.
Often there are some processing times for recording a refund.

Safe items (if applicable):
Only full price items can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for the balance items.
Cambi (if applicable):
We replace the articles only if defective or damaged. If you need a change with the same article, we invite you to send an email to store@trivellato.it, specifying the details of the purchase and the exchange request.
Gifts:
If at the time of purchase the item has been marked as a gift and shipped directly to the buyer, the latter will receive a Good corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the return article, the gift voucher will be sent by post.
If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if whoever made the gift has sent the order to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to those who have made the gift and these will be aware of the return.

THE shipping costs for the return of the article will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs of the return will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country of residence, the time necessary for the delivery of the product to replace it can vary.
*For shipments of items worth over 75 €, it is advisable to use a traceable shipping service or ensure shipping (we do not guarantee that we will receive the item subject to return).
