Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to EU 679/2016 regulation (GDPR)
With this Trivellato S.p.A as data controller (later, "Owner"), pursuant to articles 13, 14 and 15 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (subsequently, "Regulation") announces that the data provided through the website www.store.trivellato.it (later, "Website") will be subject to processing in a lawful way and according to correctness, in accordance with the provision of the regulation and in general compliance with the confidentiality obligations to which all the Trivellato S.p.A.

The processing of data takes place in accordance with the still applicable provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Privacy Code" and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), according to principles of correctness and lawfulness and in order to guarantee its safety and confidentiality.
The treatment will be carried out both with manual and/computer and electronic tools with logic of organization and processing strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the current provisions.
Personal data are kept at servers located within the European Union. In any case, it remains understood that the owner, where it becomes necessary, will have the right to move the servers even non-EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable law provisions, after stipulating the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
4. Duration of the treatment
The data collected for the purposes of providing the main services required by the interested party will be preserved for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose itself. However, the owner will be able to continue to keep these data for a higher period, but in any case in compliance with current legislation, in order to be able to manage any disputes related to the supply of services.
The data collected for marketing and profiling purposes will be kept for the period provided for by current legislation which, since it is data connected to the sale of low -purchase goods, does not exceed 7 years from the date of release of consent. At the end of this period the data will be deleted or made anonymous.
5. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences of a possible refusal
The processing of personal data for the purpose specified in point a) of section 3 is based on the legitimate interest of the owner in carrying out services and satisfying any requests of the interested party who should emerge during the estimate, sale, after-sales and assistance phase, as well as in the context of the execution of a contract of which the interested party is part or to the adoption of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b).
The processing of personal data for the purposes specified in point b) and c) of section 3 is based on the consent of the interested party. The consent to the provision of their personal data by the interested party is optional. The failure to consent to the provision of their data by the interested party will have as its only consequence the impossibility for the owner to pursue the purpose itself.
6. Subjects to whom the data can be communicated and scope of dissemination

8. Access right
