Information on shipments
All orders are processed within 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation atmosphere. When we ship the order, you will receive a special notification.
Rates and estimates for national shipments
The order shipping rates vary according to the weight of the items and will be calculated and displayed at the check-out, according to the values of the table following:

Retreat in the shop
It is possible to carry out the Free collection directly in the shop, exclusively at the Trivellato showroom in via degli Avieri, 8 - 36040 Torri di Quartesolo (VI), in Opening hours to the public of the Salone.
After you have placed the order and selected the local withdrawal during the check-out phase, your order will be prepared and ready for withdrawal within 10 working days. When the order is ready, you will receive an e-mail with the related instructions.
When you come to collect the order, Make sure you have the confirmation email with you.
EU international shipments
The standard rate for shipments within EU countries is € 14.99. The estimated delivery time is 4/9 working days.
For international shipments, the order could be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Trivellato Spa is not responsible for these further charges, which are instead of the customer's relevance.
How can I check the state of an order?
When your order is sent you will receive an email notification that will include a Tracking number that can be used to control its state. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive the order within 6 days of receipt of the shipment confirmation, contact us at the address store@trivellato.it specifying your name and order number and we will provide for the necessary checks.
